Year-End Closeout: We’ll keep your books accurate throughout the year and provide timely reminders so you’re prepared for tax season without the last-minute scramble.

Financial Counseling
We understand that every financial journey is unique, which is why our coaching sessions are designed around your specific needs. Whether you’re building credit, creating a budget, or managing debt, we’re here to guide you with compassionate, practical advice.

One-Time Session: Ideal for quick questions or immediate advice, this 60-minute call is available for $95.
Three-Month Package: For ongoing support, this package includes three coaching calls over three months for $255, paid up front.
All coaching sessions are conducted over the phone, so you can connect with us from anywhere in the U.S.
Business Budgeting Support
In addition to bookkeeping, we help small businesses create and manage budgets that drive success. With guidance from both our financial counselor and bookkeeper, we’ll help you understand your cash flow, set realistic financial goals, and create a sustainable financial plan.
Business Budgeting Sessions: These sessions are $150 per hour, and we recommend a package of three sessions over three months for optimal results. Prepay for all three sessions at $405, and enjoy a 10% discount.
Free Session for Small Businesses: As part of your monthly bookkeeping subscription, you receive one business budgeting session per year at no additional cost.
QuickBooks Online Training
At Wealth Wise, we offer hands-on, personalized QuickBooks Online (QBO) training designed specifically for small business owners in Boise and across the U.S. Whether you're just getting started or want to take control of your bookkeeping after working with a professional, we’ll teach you how to confidently manage your business finances.
Our QBO training sessions are ideal for business owners who want to:
Learn how to send invoices and receive payments
Track expenses and categorize transactions correctly
Understand basic financial reports like Profit & Loss and Balance Sheets
Navigate QuickBooks with ease—no prior experience required
Training is available remotely nationwide or in-person in the Boise area, and tailored to your specific needs and industry. We make QuickBooks simple, so you can focus on what you do best—running your business. Training is $45 per hour.
